Cheer girl

Jadyn wanted this cheer costume...we said no, so she bought it with her own money....lol. It is cute and she plays in it everyday. If she is a cheer girl instead of "fancy nancy" we may have to reimburse her!

Jadyn wants to be Fancy Nancy for Halloween, so we have been looking for tutus, but this looked so cute on Gianna it may be her new dress up skirt. She wanted to dance and play in it, so it took some convincing to get her to sit down :)

Gianna's new favorite thing is taking photos...here she found David's camera. I will post her works of art later...they are funny! :)

Music...

David was bathing Gianna and I hear whistle music and go in to see three people playing music with water whistles. (David too, but he wouldn't let me post his photo) haha

Gianna has gotten pretty good in her bath time band!

Growing...

Jadyn is already 45 inches I think, but you can tell she is about to sprout up again by her face getting rounder, she trips over herself, and she snacks all day long :) She must be growing!

24 pounds...

At Gianna's well check I thought she would weight more, but she was 94% for weight and 99% for height at 33 and 1/4 inches! She only gained a pound since she was 9 months ...lol. We look back and laugh at how rolly she was...and still is :)

She runs away from me every time I try to take her photo standing...this is the best I could get. She will not hold still even if I hand her toys...

My mom bought them these dresses...tried to get photos together and Gianna clawed Jady's face up because she was "too close" and thought she would take this balloon she was holding...poor Jady kept smiling anyway, but her cheek was all red :(

Gianna is hard to photograph....

Jadyn of course will let me take photos all day...hope Gianna takes after her when she gets a little older :)

Back to School

I took a couple photos of Jady before she went back to school today...she plans all the poses herself...lol. I will post a couple of her at school later :) I haven't had time to look at them.

She was excited to be on her way back to school!

She got a Princess backpack and loved all the stuff she needed for Pre-K...they had to have a pencil box and a notebook :) So big! This is my last year of having her home, so she only goes MWF half days.

brody, gianna and jady...these were so funny to watch in person! We were laughing so much. We had a fun, short party for the b-day girl. We played tiki toss, ate and swam....then gianna passed out before her guests even left :) The life of a 1 year old!

Gianna is One!

My baby is one today!

I am a little sad :( If you ask her if she is one she shakes her head no, so maybe she is not ready either! Her favorite things are animals, baby dolls, bubbles, her big sis, and exploring the house.

1st haircut!

My Sweet girl...

Jadyn eats at least an apple a day...the last couple days I have been finding baggies of half her apple in the fridge...At lunch today she put half on a plate with chips..so I had to ask ...Why are you saving random bits of food? She said for all the families without food. My heart sank...she said can we save some of our food to take to people that have no food? Can we give them one of the houses we have for rent? Then she tells me she has thought about it and she wants to give them her whole piggy bank of money...by now I feel like crying. I had to tell her we couldn't give them her apples and chips, but Jady's ideas are so sweet, we need to find somewhere we can donate! Any ideas??
