Tinkle Tinkle

Little star...
Here is a side of Gianna most will not see...she is a chatter box until she gets around people, then she is quiet...for a few minutes. I love her tinkle, tinkle song. :)

She is 6...

My girl is 6! So hard for me to believe, but after her rock star party today I can see how grown up she is becoming. No more little pre-schooler. She got a lot of make-up and earrings and hair stuff which made me realize there is no going back now! Such a girly girl, but so sweet, generous, loving, smart, beautiful, and all around great kid. I couldn't ask for a better daughter for sure! Her party was crazy...27 kids I think, but she had the best time and that is what counts. Love you Jady Bug!

Dog food

Gianna has a new obsession with dog food...I find it everywhere! She was trying to "feed" Izzy...the rest of a bag in her dish. She spilled the remainder of Minnie's food in the laundry room...again trying to "feed" her. The one that confused me was the sink full of food...no excuse for that one. She just said "because". Food is now being held at a higher level...above 38 inches :)

The tooth

Dear tooth fairy

I am so sorry that my girl does not want to give up any of her teeth to you. :) Jadyn's 2nd tooth fell out tonight...well David pulled it with dental floss, but it is out and she refuses to give it up. She is a funny one, but I love her and her crazy ways.

Play

One of the favorite things the girls got for Christmas was the calico critter house and lots of little critters and accessories. Gianna can just sit and play with them until the puppy bounds in and tries to eat them :)

Izzy-Bella!

Getting big...getting into more stuff everyday...and she knows how to use the doggy door. No more trapping her outside for a couple minutes. :)

Forever

I have known most of these girls since 5th grade...between Christina, Andrea, and Laura we just needed Wendy to have a Chaparral reunion. Sandi and Andrea were celebrating b-days and it made for a fun night!

9 weeks

Funny face

We went to Johnny Rockets last night to celebrate Jadyn's report card...all E's. We are lucky to have such a sweet girl for sure. Here Gianna is helping her celebrate with funny faces. :)

Izzy!

ok, so the puppy is great...except that she wants David to play with her all night AND she poops...all...the...time. I can't complain because mostly she makes it outside to go in the grass or on a puppy pad, but it always 3 times. So I have to stand out there and wait for her because left unattended she eats the plants and anything else that hits her mouth. Anyway, a school friend of Jadyn's wanted to see the puppy so we drove over the 1 block thinking it is good to get her out of the house. She played nice...after 10 minutes we head home and she starts to squirm. I am less than a minute from home, but still put her on the puppy pad on the passenger seat floor just in case. She poops...really? In a moving car?? The kids are yelling it STINKS! I roll down the windows all happy that she at least hit the pad. Then she decides to do a victory lap running in circles in the poop! Oh god! It is bad...smooshed poop on her feet, all over the car now...yay! Puppies rock. :) On the good side...Minnie is in love, the puppy is really smart (most days) and can sit and shake paws. We still love her even if she poops too much!

Happy New Year!

Jady lost her first tooth today so the tooth fairy should be visiting our house tonight, but Jadyn did not want her to come. She wanted to keep her tooth. She even hid it in her room so the tooth fairy couldn't find it...guess I can't argue with that! She was so excited that the tooth finally came out though. She left it dangling so long her big tooth is already coming in.
My girlies are getting so big! I can't believe Jadyn will be 6 in 21 days! I feel so lucky to have smart, sweet, healthy kiddos. Everyday is another great adventure for sure! 2009 was amazing and I can't wait to see what 2010 will bring.
