Father/daughter dance

Feb. 19th was Jadyn's first father/daughter dance....so cute!
We had 16 girls here with their families to get photos and then the limos arrived...it took two to fit the 16 girls and 5 lucky dads. They other dads followed in their cars and then Gianna and I went as well to chaperone. I teared up a few times with all the sad songs they played (think Butterly kisses). Jadyn even was bawling her eyes out...she said all the songs were so sad...lol!
The best part was the dad dance off though....I was so mad I didn't bring my video camera! All the dads got out there and danced to all kinds of music, then were tapped to sit out until 7 were left. 5 were dads from our troop! The final winner was one of our own as well...they were king and queen of the night. I have to say we have a pretty great troop ;)
I can't wait for next year!

Photos

I love these photos...the first one was when Jadyn got home from school on Valentine's Day...they were all lovey to each other so I needed a photo. Wish they treated each other that good all the time!

The second one is my attempt to make an ad for Traci (Burnsie Girl Cleaning Service for those not on Facebook). I asked Gianna to hold the broom...she did for about a minute...it was funny, but we got a couple that would work and then I added her contact info.

The last one was for a postcard...Gianna was over having her photo taken.
It worked for a sad look....haha!
I hope to catch up soon on everything so I can take more photos of the girls...I have been slacking this month. Maybe I will never catch up, so I better just take the photos now... ;)

Heaven

The girls loved these baby animals...well, me too! ;)

3.5!

My girl is 3.5 years today! We spent the day at the park with friends, fed ducks and has a brownie sundae after dinner to celebrate. She was pretty happy to finally be able to say she is 3 and a half! She is already planning her party in August thanks to a fun weekend birthday party that included the cutest farm animals! She was in heaven...I will post photos soon. I didn't think she would ever let go of the baby pig or bunnies :)
Gianna...
Loves animals...well, you knew that!
Likes any fruit and veggie and could probably be a vegetarian
Wears a size 5/6 and even can wear a couple of Jadyn's size 8 shirts...so tall!
Wants to one day have a dog farm...with a few bunnies
Loves playing icecream shop, petshop and doing any art project
Loves to win (just like Daddy) but is getting better about not having to win at everything :)
Does not want a baby brother or sister...she is very clear on this and we are with her on that one!
Is very selective of who she talks to, but has added more to her handful of people that she will interact with and asks about my friends more and more :)
Thinks her cousin Katie is the best person ever! xo
Basically, she is one of the funniest people I know and I love her huge heart and know she will use that compassion to do something really great one day!
