She is here!

Our new baby made it home today...long drive for David out to Gilbert to get her.
The girls named her Izabella Roxy Aka "Izzie" She is a cutie. We will see how we feel after she eats our stuff and keeps David up all night. :)

Snow!

Snow Day!

We headed up to Prescottt yesterday to try and see some snow before it melts away. The girls had so much fun playing in it today and it actually snowed a little on our hike. I was thankful to have my point and shoot camera...the girls and david thought it was super funny to throw snow at me :) Gianna loved making mini snowmen. She made them all over...next time I am bringing mini carrots and raisins. I had the kids so buddled up a guy on the hiking trail called Gianna a purple tick....nice. Hey, they were warm at least!
We can't wait to get back up again next time it is snowy, but we had to get home...the puppy arrives tomorrow!

Bad Santa

I was cleaning out all the toys from under the tree today and found a note Jady wrote...Santa, the Moxie girl car did not work Love, Jadyn
Break my heart just a tad....xmas eve we went to put batteries in this car and remote and the remote was screwed closed so tight David could not get it open. We let her have the car, but told her we would have to exchange the car because Santa was out of them and some elf broke this one. Well, all the stores are out too...:( We feel like bad santa waiting to put batteries into the car until xmas eve! Now, she will have to wait until they restock...sad little note, but I am keeping that one. :)

New things to make...

I have been working on some cute cards...this is one. Really fun to make, but I am too short on time to make all my cards...just a few for fun :)

Puppy!

Minnie's gift will be a little late.
We are getting a puppy! Dec. 31st she will arrive. What to name her??

Hmmmm...too many choices.

I can't believe how fast this year has gone! It does not seem possible that it is almost 2010! I remember being at Shives house ringing in 2000 like it was last year!
Wow, we are getting old...lol!

Finally time to photograph my girls. This season was crazy for taking photos...a blur really. Today Gianna wanted her photo taken in her new shirt that arrived. When Jadyn got home and saw G had a photo session, she then wanted her photo taken. :) Minnie just jumped in both times, but her favorite was getting walked by Jady. After Jadyn's winter party tomorrow I will be stress free...sort of. I am just glad I get time with Jady for 2 weeks...no school, no pick-up, no being HR mom, and no rushing! Time is going really fast...gianna has gotten so tall that she has almost lost her leg wrinkles...almost :) Jadyn has her first wiggly teeth. Nooo! :( My girls are growing up too fast!

ps..that is a party favor in G's mouth that she got last weekend at a friend's party. She insisted that she have it for her photos...I will post ones later of her in a sequence blowing it so hard it flew out of her mouth...crazy kid!

Water for Christmas...

I ran into this site and was saddened to think that babies are dying without clean water to drink. What I want for Christmas is to help build wells for these families. Check it out...xoxo

Deer Farm

We made a quick stop on the way home to a cute deer farm. The girls loved the animals. Gianna's scarf kept being gnawed on, but she would just yank it out of the deer's throat and say ...EWWW! It was funny. At one point I was holding a cup of food and all the deer surrounded Gianna standing in front of me and I couldn't see her until I passed the cup to David....that was not funny to me, but Gianna was laughing the whole time. Jadyn hugged all the deer and got less trampled than G. :)
I learned deer shed...a lot, they slobber...a lot and are a little greedy with snacks. Oh and they know how to head-butt guys in the groin to get them to double over and spill snacks...ask David about that one...lol.

Polar Express

We went to the polar express and the girls had so much fun. Gianna was not into Santa, but she didn't scream when he handed her a bell. She just didn't want him to shake her hand or give a high five. The night was interesting since the girls were sleeping in the same bed. G had never stayed in a hotel...we usually have a condo and a bedroom for them, so they were giggling messes until after 10:30pm. When we had enough, David got in bed with Gianna and Jadyn jumped in with me. I had miss cold feet and david got the head butter. I got the better deal until G fell out of the bed sometime in the night and then I got both...lol. Not a lot of sleep that night, but it was cute seeing them snuggled up together and listening to them talk about the train ride...for about the first hour, then we wanted to sleep. :)
