New look

Gianna was walking her friend out today and I told her go inside to get some shoes...then I look closely at her ankle and there is a dog toy around it...I guess it is the new 2 year old look this season ;)

Sky and River

These guys have grown too much! I was able to spend the day with them and now they are going home to WA. Wish they lived here!! The kids had such fun playing with their cousins. Here are a couple photos of the gorgeous kiddos...miss you guys!

The beach

We had the best time in San Diego...I have so many photos, but I will have to wait to post. I am swamped in the busy season for photos. G loves the beach! She was looking for crabs at her feet. We had to tell her to look for crabs to get her to hold still :)

12 years...

In 12 hours it will be 12 years that I have been married to David. 12! How our lives have evolved in this amount of time. Our chihuahuas now that have passed on that were our kids (until we had kids), new pets that have come and gone like elmo fish, chirpy who is 19 and staying strong, hampy the hamster, and Minnie who survived being paralyzed and is staying for a long time we hope. All our travels and jobs and crazy adventures to now where we are with 2 great girls that have changed our lives forever. You can tell this is the best part of our marriage/lives since on our anniversary we will be driving to San Diego, our home away from home, to try and relax and celebrate our little family that started 12 years ago. Eventhough David does not read my blog...ever...I will still profess my love to my amazing hubby just in case he does just this once! Happy Anniversary! I love you! xoxoxoxo

Wa-wa

My girls have always loved Chihuahuas, but since Josie passed away, Gianna has been more like obsessed. I found two shirts with wa-was (what G calls them). She tries to wear them to bed and asks that they be washed so she can keep wearing them. Tonight she fell asleep holding her stuffed wa-wa dog. They miss their pup, but we are waiting on getting another dog...for now :)

Happy Halloween!

Jadyn was Rosetta the fairy and was excited to talk in her southern drawl...pretty funny. Gianna was Tinkerbell, but didn't want the wings on to trick-or-treat. She did put on tights and shoes though...lol. There was a huge pirate ship in the neighborhood that we went to, but I will have to get a photo in the light since it was too dark last night and crowded. It was pretty crazy that it was built in someone's front yard.
Overall, the girls had so much fun! Hope everyone had a Happy Halloween!
