1st days back

Girls are happy to be back to school. The first day was so hard (for me!) I have had a buddy with me for almost 10 years! This is Gianna's 1st year all day and I miss her! She loves her teacher! She has 2 helper dogs come to the class once a month. G is so excited for that! Jadyn likes her teacher too. Their class has 31 kids....so crowded so she is getting used to that and the crazier curriculum. Lots to learn this year. Excited for them and that I can work during the day more. I am taking photos for David and his investor clients, still running the vacation rental and of course still photographing families (my favorite). I am the PTSA VP....crazy I know, but I think we will have fun. Still have my 18 Girl Scouts too. Some left to other schools, but we gained 3 Daisies this year. Gianna and 2 other sisters to our scouts. Excited for September when we start meeting! This will be a great year! :)

Summer!

Summer flew by! We went to Disneyland, SeaWorld, visited San Diego, had Prescott trips, summer movies every week, Wet N Wild fun , Peter Piper Pizza days, playdates and slept in! I miss it already!

Recital 2013

The girls made it through their 2013 recital. They did great! Gianna was laughing and smiling the whole time. Her group was adorable! They danced tap to "Cheeseburger in Paradise". Jadyn danced for jazz to "Vacation" and then with the performing group to "Footloose". So much fun!

Summer!

Thank goodness for summer. The end of the year was crazy and I still have not stopped twitching from it all. We had a fun Bridging ceremony and induction of the 3 daisies to our troop, a great end of the year play for Kindergarten, made music videos and slide shows, had crazy class parties and tearful good-byes (Jadyn's teacher is moving on to the district office as a mentor teacher). There was the loss of our hamster, Noel and loss of grandpa (pop-Pop) in Ohio (he was the last grandparent standing). A quick trip to Prescott and now back to trying to find our place settling in with summer. Art classes, Wet N Wild, Summer movies, a dance recital coming up that is now 2 days instead of 1, a trip to Disney in June and SeaWorld with our Girl Scout troop. I am just excited it is summer!! Hope to catch up with friends we do not get to see often enough! xo

Field Day!

Jadyn had field day at school. Her class is so sweet and her teacher is amazing....see her on the slide? :)

San Diego

End of March we made it San Diego for a couple days...so much fun! We were able to meet up with some friends for a few hours, have a great beach day and make it to a wedding before heading home on Easter. The bunny even found us in San Diego! We cannot wait to go back in June when we take the girl scouts to Sea World. We will have 21 girls next year since we are adding three little sisters that will be Daisies. :)
